They govern your access to and use of the Graby website, search service, browser extension and related features (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Graby does
Graby is a search engine for the second-hand designer fashion market. We surface listings from third-party resale marketplaces, estimate whether an item is fairly priced against the wider market, and provide signals to help you assess authenticity. Graby is an information and discovery tool only.
- We are not a marketplace. You buy items directly from the third-party seller on the third-party platform, not from Graby.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Vinted, Vestiaire Collective, or any other marketplace or brand we reference. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
- Prices, availability, authenticity signals and any deal or valuation score are estimates and can be wrong or out of date. They are not a guarantee, appraisal, or professional authentication.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Graby you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or let others use it.
- Tell us promptly at layne@graby.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Plans, searches and payment
- Graby offers a free tier with a limited number of searches, and paid subscription plans with more searches and features.
- Search allowances reset on the schedule shown in-app (for example, weekly). Unused searches do not roll over unless we state otherwise.
- Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
- Prices are shown at checkout. We may change plan pricing or features; changes to a plan you already hold take effect at your next renewal, and we will give reasonable notice.
Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of Graby is subject to our Acceptable Use policy. In short, you may not scrape, resell, or redistribute Graby data, abuse the Service, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, branding, and the compiled and computed data we present (such as our pricing and authenticity signals), belongs to Graby or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. Listing content originates from third-party marketplaces and remains the responsibility of those platforms and their users.
7. No professional advice; no guarantee
Graby does not authenticate items in a legally binding sense and does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Any authenticity signal, valuation, or "deal" indicator is an automated estimate to inform your own judgement. You are solely responsible for your buying decisions and for verifying items with the seller and platform before purchasing.
8. Third-party marketplaces
When you follow a link from Graby to a marketplace, your use of that marketplace is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We are not responsible for third-party sites, sellers, listings, transactions, or content.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graby is not liable for any loss arising from: your reliance on our estimates, signals or scores; a purchase you make from a third-party seller; a counterfeit or misdescribed item; loss of profit or opportunity; or interruptions to the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Graby and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use policy, or where we reasonably need to protect the Service or other users. Where we end a paid subscription other than for your breach, we will refund any period paid for but not received.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you keep the benefit of any mandatory local protections.
