Acceptable Use
Last updated: 19 July 2026
This policy sets out how you may use Graby. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Breaking it may lead to your access being suspended or terminated.
You agree not to
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, cache, or systematically extract data from Graby, or use bots or automated tools against the Service, except as we expressly allow.
- Resell, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit Graby data, results, scores, or signals without our written permission.
- Copy or reverse-engineer the Service, or try to derive our underlying pricing, valuation, or authenticity models.
- Circumvent search limits, rate limits, paywalls, or access controls, or create multiple accounts to do so.
- Interfere with or overload the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data.
- Use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or in a way that harms Graby or its users.
Fair use of your plan
Search allowances are for genuine personal use. Automated querying, bulk extraction, or sharing one account across many people is not permitted and may result in suspension.
Important disclaimers
- Not authentication. Graby's authenticity signals are automated estimates to help your own judgement. They are not a professional or legally binding authentication, and can be wrong. Always verify an item with the seller and marketplace before buying.
- Not financial advice. Deal scores and valuations are informational estimates, not investment or financial advice. Resale value is never guaranteed.
- Third-party data. Listings, prices, images, and availability come from third-party marketplaces and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We are not affiliated with those marketplaces or the brands shown, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
- No guarantee of outcome. We do not guarantee that you will find an item, that an item is genuine, or that a purchase will be profitable.
